STEP 1

Protect your trim from drips and splatters with blue painter’s tape.
Use your level and pencil to draw a horizontal straight line 42” up from the floor.

geo3

STEP 2

Follow your pencil line with blue painter’s tape.

geo4

STEP 3

Seal the tape by putting a thin coat of the base coat color along the edge of the blue painter’s tape.
This will ensure a perfectly straight line, as any bleed thru under the tape will match the existing color and therefore be undetectable!

STEP 4

Using the roller, paint Mint Ice Cream 2/3 of the way along the wall.
Let dry. Apply a second coat if needed.

geo6

STEP 5

Create a diagonal line with blue painter’s tape on top of the Mint Ice Cream.

geo7

STEP 6

Seal the edge of the tape with Mint Ice Cream.
Allow to dry. Cut in the shape with Pineapple Popsicle.

geo8

STEP 7

Roll the inside of the shape with Pineapple Popsicle.
Let dry. Apply a second coat if needed.

geo9

STEP 8

Remove the tape!
Pro Tip: Pull the tape away from the painted area in order break the seal cleanly.

Voila!
