Architectural Design: Whole House Under 3,000 Sq. Ft.
WINNER: Capri Architecture
Coastal erosion is a natural process being accelerated by climate change. The Bluff House uses advanced engineering and a cantilever to build within challenging geological setbacks in Seal Rock. The engineering is impressive, and it catalyzed a design that feels rooted in its site and ethereally connected to the view.
