Cranberry sauce class

North Portland Preserve and Serve is giving a cranberry sauce class this weekend to brush up on your skills for the most iconic of Thanksgiving condiments. Rather than slopping out a molded sauce from a can this year, learn a basic recipe for water bath canning your own sauce from Andrea Marks. Participants will leave with their own small jar of sauce, as well as with the knowledge to make your own at home.
