SINGLE-FAMILY HOME DETACHED: Accessory Dwelling Unit (Built on Foundation)

WINNER: Straight Line Design and Remodeling

This straight-forward yet stylish ADU was built to provide a space for a relative to live nearby. We selected similar building materials to blend the ADU with the primary home and unify the property as one, along with a new concrete patio and garden space.
