We all know that buying a whole chicken from the grocery and cutting it up ourselves is far more economical, but what’s the best way to butcher and cook a chicken? And what is the proper way to truss and carve a turkey? Well, Ashley and Ethan from Feastworks will teach you the techniques to prepare, butcher, carve, and even cook your chicken or turkey. Each participant will practice breaking down a whole chicken, learn to truss and carve a turkey, and get valuable cooking tips from these amazing chefs. All materials will be provided, and Feastworks will provide a sampling of their charcuterie for participants to enjoy.
