INTERIOR DESIGN – BATHROOM
Our design expertise was sought out when remodeling a 1960s guest bath to assist the homeowner in creating a cohesive feel to their transitional style. On the client’s wish list was statement wallpaper, a large mirror, a tiled shower that went up to the ceiling with a niche, a smaller single vanity and overall elegance.

INTERIOR DESIGN – WHOLE HOUSE OVER 3,000 SQ FT
Designing left of center, we saved this stunning 1896 Italiante Victorian from demolition. Vacant, decrepit and stripped of all interior detail, we transformed this house from top to bottom, lifting and building new foundations, reallocating space, and defining livable rooms in keeping with today’s desire for open-plan living.

LANDSCAPE DESIGN
This home has unique stonework and massive design appeal on it’s own. Our team focused on accentuating these qualities with our low voltage LED lighting design and installation, minimizing the number of traditional ‘path lights’. Our method of uplighting the stonework all the way across the home evenly creates a dramatic visual and sets a tone that cannot be ignored when you approach.

INTERIOR DESIGN – KITCHEN
We fell in love with the nontraditional layout of this century-old Tudor when we bought it in 2016, though knew that the entire place needed to be redone. The kitchen was top priority. We love modern design but wanted the kitchen to look and feel like it could have been part of the original house, so chose a simple and modern palette paired with some historic detailing in the cabinetry.

ENTERTAINING SPACE – INTERIOR
When our clients in Portland asked us to transform an incomplete nook of their finished basement into a luxury wine storage and display room, we jumped at the chance. Previous homeowners had earmarked the space as a wine room but never completed the project before selling the house. The unfinished space left us ample room to come in and create a style that really suited our clients’ taste and decor.
