Lincoln City, OR/Bend, OR – Oksenholt Hospitality Company (part of the Oregon-based Oksenholt Family of Companies) together with its affiliates has acquired Mount Bachelor Village Resort from Brooks Resources Corporation, both companies announced today. The purchase included 100% of the outstanding shares of Mount Bachelor Village Corporation and its subsidiaries. All of the operating businesses and real estate were included in the deal. Purchase price and additional terms of the deal were not disclosed.

As Brooks Resources increasingly focuses on its core development business, it was clear that the Oksenholt Family of Companies was best positioned to take Mount Bachelor Village Resort to the next level.”

Mount Bachelor Village Resort will continue to operate as usual, with the addition of a cross-marketing agreement with Meredith Lodging, an award-winning provider of vacation rentals in Oregon with homes along the coast and in Bend and Sunriver. Current Mt. Bachelor Village Resort staff and management will remain in place.
