A weekend away. A classic Oregon road trip to Bend. Something many of us have always enjoyed but didn’t realize that we truly needed again, more than ever. We have been dreaming about the chance to get away for months and about how we could be mindful and careful about traveling safely.

They checked in to a stunning, light-filled and well-appointed home called The Davenport in Bend, Oregon. The goal was a getaway that felt safe, relaxing, fun and effortless during a time where keeping everyone entertained safely feels more challenging than before. The Davenport was an ideal home base for Central Oregon adventures, and a true sanctuary to return to each day. This home feels like your own boutique hotel with many cozy corners to curl up in to read or rest, expertly landscaped outdoor spaces, a “secret” playroom and an epic movie room, complete with stocked popcorn machine!
This eco-friendly home is nestled right in the heart of Bend, within walking distance of all the best Galveston spots. The reclaimed details and found objects woven throughout give the home an artistic and contemporary feel that fits so well in Bend. The decor is inspired, the layout both cozy and expansive. The Davenport is the kind of home you cannot wait to return to after a day of discovering, for a glass of wine and an epic charcuterie plate in those perfectly-weathered wooden chairs, followed by family movie night in the theater room. A Home Away from Home we can’t wait to visit again.
