Moms, collectors, trendy food folk—since Food52’s recent acquisition of Schoolhouse and Dansk, they are all nabbing up the Dansk Købenstyle Casserole (4-quart, $135) with the built-in combination lid/trivet. The iconic serving piece is available in classic colors teal, chili red, yellow and white, and in limited colors like plum (pictured) and moss. “It’s a beautiful, sculptural piece that can go from the oven to the table,” says Christine Muhlke, archivist for Dansk. “It doesn’t even read just as mid-century anymore—it looks good everywhere you put it.”
